Delivery Info

Next Day Delivery


This indicates we have the product in stock and we can deliver next day using our carrier Nightfreight.
Please note that this only applies to items ordered Monday-Thursday before 1pm. Items ordered after 1pm will be sent out the following day and delivered the day after (So 2 days.) Items ordered Friday before 1pm will be delivered Monday. Items ordered at the weekend will be delivered on a Tuesday
However the next day deliveries do not include the Grampians, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands, Please note that if you order and item for next day and you live in these areas, it will take 3-5 days for delivery.


7 - 14 Days Delivery


This indicates that the item may or may not be in stock and will be ordered. Alternatively, it may be in stock but we may not have a free delivery slot for the next few days. Once the item is in to us, you will be contacted and a date will be arranged to deliver direct to yourselves. This should take no longer than 14 days.


2 - 3 Weeks Delivery


This indicates that the item may not be in stock and will be ordered. Once the item is in to us, you will be contacted and a date will be arranged to deliver direct to yourselves. This should take no longer than 3 weeks. In some circumstances your item could be into us within a week, whereas you will still be contacted to arrange delivery.

2 Man White Glove Delivery


Specialist delivery. Delivered and assembled by our staff, all packaging removed and disposed of. We work within a two to four week timeframe to complete the order. We will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to arrange a convenient delivery slot.


Pre-Order


This indicates that the item is not in stock and your order will be placed on our system awaiting the next batch of said product from the factury. This is sometimes the case when a product has not yet been released for general sale, thus you can pre-order to have one as soon as they are out.


Sealy Direct Home Delivery


Lead Time is 21-28 Days. Althought this may change due to annual holidays or during high periods of demand but you will be notified accordingly.

Customer Contact
The carriers for Sealy will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery. The delivery service will be a two-person delivery, to a room of your choice, Monday to Friday. They will not unpack, assemble and remove any of the packaging.

Delivery Attempts
Sealy will make two attempts for a successful delivery. If they are unsuccessful on the second attempt there will be an extra delivery charge. Also, if no fault of their own, the customer refuses delivery an extra delivery charge will be made.


Silent Night Direct Home Delivery


Lead Time is 14 working days. This may change due to annual holidays but you will be informed of this as needed.

Customer Contact
Silent Night will contact you by the telephone number provided ,they will make up to 3 attemtps to contact the customer. In addition all custoemrs will receive a letter informing them of the planned delivery date and delivery window. The delivery windows are before 13.30pm or after 11.30am.
